Fig.7 is taken to show the keratinized gingiva (*) around the cemented abutment (6.5x5.5(5) mm) prior to being changed to an angled one (5.5 x15 degree A (4) mm). Preservation of the attached gingiva is partially due to incision instead of tissue punch.
