When a 5x10 mm implant is placed (Fig.2 with 50 Ncm), the coronal threads are exposed circumferentially.  New bone appears to have grown into the most coronal threads 9 months post cementation (Fig.6 arrows, 14 months postop).  The patient returns because of abutment screw looseness.  Before retightening the screw, the crown/abutment is removed for cleaning.  The gingival socket is healthy.  The buccal margin of the 7.5x4(5) mm abutment seems to have been prepared before impression. The bone continues to condense around the implant 1 year 10 months (Fig.7 *) and 2 years 7 months (Fig.8) post cementation.  In fact the crown/abutment becomes loose twice in between (totally 3 times).  A 1.2 mm driver needs to be re-buried with oblique cut surface.
