A 7x17 mm immediate implant is planned at the site of #19 (Fig.3).

Fig.4 shows 7x17 mm tap in place (with some stability); there is 4-5 mm of bone between the bottom of the osteotomy and the inferior alveolar canal (its upper boundary is indicated by red dashed line).  *: gap in the mesial socket.  It appears that 1-2 mm new bone has been incorporated into the osteotomy, as compared to Fig.3.  To ensure primary stability, a larger implant is needed if no more new bone is obtained.
