Fig.10: A 5.3x14 mm bone level implant is placed in the mesial socket at the site of #30. The coronal end leans distally.
Since the septum is apical to the mesial crest (compare the two arrowheads), bone graft (red circles) should be placed to cover potentially exposing implant threads.
