Fig.3: Preop CT (coronal section at the furca of #30): An immediate implant is to be placed (6x17 mm).  The bone is wide enough to hold a larger implant.  Additionally, the density of the coronal half of the lveolus is high (above the level of B (buccal) and L (lingual)).  Bone graft (red circles) are going to be placed around the coronal portion of the gingiva-level implant.
