Fig.3 (intraop PA): Bone level tapered implants are placed (4.5x14 mm and 7x14 mm at the sites of #29 and #30, respectively). Insertion torque is more than 60 Ncm for both implants. The coronal threads of the implants appear to be buried in the less dense bone (*). Bone graft seems to be necessary.
