Fig.2: Immediately after removal of the implant with periimplantitis, a 9 mm (black line) bone-level implant is to be placed below the lower plate (most likely buccal) with estimated 5 mm of the native bone (green line).  The wide implant with apical diameter near 5 mm has tendency to have been placed off center.
