After removal of the dummy implant, an authentic one with the same dimension is placed with packing abundant allograft (.5-1.5 mm) and Osteogen (Fig.4 *); it appears that 4 to 5 threads (fins) of the implant (arrowheads) are engaged to the native bone for primary stability (>40 Ncm).
