Bone graft is placed around the exposed implant threads (Fig.6 *) after placement of Osteogen plug between the implants (P).  C: Cytoplast (non-resorbable membrane with Titanium mesh).

A 4.1x12 mm implant is placed distal to the original socket of #29 or the previous osteotomy (red dashed line).

The abutment at #31 could be changed to an angled one so that the distal margin is easy for impression in addition to parallism with the abutment at #29.
