Fig.3: There appears to be more bone mesially than distally. The osteotomy should be initiated as mesial as possible (mesial socket). Explore the socket for defect area before osteotomy. The bone density seems to be high. Place an implant as large (but not encroach defective plate) and long (not invade the Inferior Alveolar Canal (red dashed line)) as possible. Estimated length of the implant is 10 or 11 mm for bone-level; 14 mm tissue-level.
