To reduce lingual (L) plate perforation and neuropathy (orange), the implant is expected to be 5-6x9 mm (Fig.4,5). Use 4 mm stopper from DIO Sinus Kit for osteotomy to gain 4 mm native bone for primary stability. Place an implant apical to the lingual crest and coronal to the buccal one. Place PRF membranes buccodistally and pack sufficient bone (red and pink circles) to prevent peri-implantitis.
