The buccal implant (1.6x6 mm) becomes loose and removed in 2-3 months. When the wound heals (Fig.9 <), a 1.6x`10 mm implant is placed with the help of PAs for trajectory (Fig.10,11) and in the non-keratinized gingiva (to reduce the chance of injury to the neighboring roots, Fig.12).
