The largest tap (Fig.5 T; 8x17 mm) binds to the socket securely with separation from IAC (yellow line).  It is much easier and steady to place taps with slow speed handpiece than by hand.  The torque of implant control unit is set at 55 Ncm.  When the handpiece is stalled, remove it and continue torquing using a hand tool until desired depth. 

There is a large distal defect, which is to be filled with bone graft when the implant is placed.
