The implant at #31 should be place in the distobuccal aspect of the socket (Fig.15,17): 2 mm drill with 7 mm stopper, 2.8 mm round drill at 5 mm (50 RPM) and 3.6 mm at 3 mm.   This is a poor design, retrospectively.   A shorter implant should be placed in the center or lingual aspect of the socket to prevent periimplantitis.
