The patient complains of pain in the left submandibular area 1 month postop.  When the immediate provisional is removed, the gingiva between the implants is erythematous (Fig.5 ^).  Oral hygiene is poor locally.  She does not brush the area normally.  The provisional needs modification at the papillary areas.
