Fig.2,3 are coronal sections at the sites of #30 and 31, respectively. It appears that a 5.3x10 mm implant is appropriate for the site of #30, while it is not for the site of #31.
Initial osteotomy (pink arrow) should start slightly lingually (L) because of the buccal slant of the ridge. Bone graft will be needed buccally (red circle).
