Fig.3,4 are coronal sections at the site of #31. It appears that a 5.3x10 mm implant is not for the site of #31 (Fig.3). The osteotomy and implant may invade the Inferior Alveolar Nerve (orange circle).
A wider, but shorter implant should be able to avoid the nerve (Fig.4). The osteotomy and the implant should not be placed too deep (pink arrow).
