Fig.2,3 are coronal sections for #21 immediate implant (4.5x14 mm) and 20 delayed implant (3.8x12 mm, narrower and shorter than #21's). The latter needs bone graft buccally (red circles). L: lingual. Since bone density is low at the site of #20 (Fig.3 *), bone expansion and condensation is helpful. Coronal to #20 implant is a CT scan stent, used for treatment planning.
