Once the patient improves oral hygiene as instructed, the wound around the implants begins to heal (Fig.10) one week later (totally two weeks postop), although the rough surface of the implant at the site of #22 is partially exposed (*).  The provisionals over #22-27 is removed for cleaning and will be recemented.
