Once the patient improves oral hygiene as instructed, the wound around the implants begins to heal (Fig.12) one week later (totally two weeks postop). There is whitish tissue around the rough surface of the implant at the site of #22 and 27. The provisionals over #22-27 is removed for cleaning and will be recemented.
The sockets at the sites of #20 and 21 are continuing healing. *: papillae mesial to those teeth.
