Fig.2: The tooth #15 and 18 are in cross bite, while the implant crowns are in cross bite and normal bite at #20 and 21, respectively. The implant and abutment at #19 are placed relative to the position of the #18 and 20. The position can be changed by switching to an angled abutment (e.g., 5.5x15 degree A or B 3 mm cuff).
