Fig.5: To establish normal occlusion, the teeth #14 and 15 need to be buccally repositioned. The provisional implant crowns of #8-13 should be more buccal so that they act as anchorage to move #14 and 15 buccally (arrows). Palatal expander may be required. Choose bands with lingual sheath for U6s and those with lingual cleats for U7s. For further force, elastics may be placed between the lingual device of the upper molar bands and the buccal tubes of the lower molar bands.
