Fig.3 (CT sagittal section at a plane through mesiobuccal (1) and distobuccal (2) roots): The bone loss is extensive; apically only the sinus floor remains (^).  An immediate implant (8x14 mm, gingiva-level) appears to be appropriate for the size of the defect.
