Palatal bone density is low at #14, but there is wide palatal bone. The implant will be changed to 4.5x11.5 mm with palatal shifting and sinus lift, since the patient is muscular. The coronal end of the implant will be tilted slightly buccally to compensate for palatal implant movement.
