Since the bone at #19 is wide, a 5.5x9 mm FC will be placed after use of 5.0 mm cortical drill.  Compare it with 4.5x11.5 mm in length.  Prepare IBS kit in case 1 or 2 drills are needed.  #15 blade may be required for incision because of the thick soft tissue.  Save autogenous bone for re-graft.  Or place a 4.5x11 mm FC at the 2nd line and place bone graft around it, particularly buccolingual, since the mesiodistal bone is higher.
