Due to odontogenic sinus infection (Fig.1,2 *), Z pack or Augmentin (instead of Amoxicillin) will be taken to prevent implant infection associated with sinus lift (Fig.2).  Remove the provisional and abutment once the sockets heal because of limited bone.  P: palatal.  In fact the thick sinus membrane will most likely make it easy to do lifting.
