CT was taken prior to #30 crown fabrication and analyzed after crown cementation. It appears that the tooth #3 is non-salvageable (Fig.1).  To obtain favorable implant/crown ratio, a probably 6 or 6.5x11 mm implant will be not placed too deep.  Look for buccal and palatal fistulae because of the middle buccal and palatal plate perforation (arrowheads in axial (top image) and coronal (lower left image) sections).  Three pieces of PRF membranes will be prepared for sinus lift and bony perforation repair before bone graft.
