CMC (1,2) is indicated for #14 implant placement (Fig.2).  First use the short Magic Drill from Sinus Lift Kit to remove the overlying gingiva (as a tissue punch for ~ 3 mm) and initiate osteotomy for ~3 mm (totally 6 mm from the gingival margin).  Magic Sinus Lifter will be used to lift the last 1 mm sinus floor for ~ 3 mm higher, followed by PRF membrane and Vanilla graft (using condenser) and dummy implant.
