Because of the short and loose bone at #2, a short implant will be placed with sinus lift (PRF, Fig.2).  Probe mesiobuccal aspect of the osteotomy when it is close to the sinus floor to detect early perforation before water lifting.  To reduce micromovement, a healing screw will be placed instead of a healing abutment.
