If the patient accepts orthodontic treatment, molar implants should be placed distal for lower crowding and upper protrusion (Fig.6). The supraerupted tooth #15 interferes with #19 wax up. If there is no ortho, place the implant at #19 slightly more mesial to reduce the interference.
