Fig.10: The mesiodistal space (25.44 mm) is smaller than 3 teeth (1 premolar and 2 molars) and wider than 2 molars. Use IS drills and stoppers (5 and 10 mm for #3 and 2, respectively) for osteotomy and Magic Expanders for sinus lift.
