With more bone graft for sinus lift, a 4x9 mm final implant is placed with 30 Ncm (machine) and 4 mm subgingival (Fig.3,4 double arrows, more than 3rd line for 9 mm offset).  Sticky bone (Fig.5,6 *) is applied around the coronal end of the implant and cover screw (S), followed by 2 pieces of PRF and 4-0 PGA suture.
