A 79-year-old woman is not pleased with cross bite and no tooth exposure of the upper complete denture (Fig.3-4).  The lower jaw is slightly anterior to the upper one (Fig.4: CT 3-D image).  Once the existing upper and lower dentures are implant-retained, the cross bite should be able to be corrected for the new dentures.
