Universal Necessity of Bone Graft

A 79-year-old woman wants to extract the remaining teeth gradually because of occasional tenderness in the root tip (Fig.1).  After discussion, she barely agrees to have bone graft after #22 extraction.  The buccal plate is low, while there is large apical perforation.  Cortical allograft is covered with 8x8 mm BioXclude and sutured with 4-0 PGA.  It appears that bone graft is necessary for most extraction.  术后8天胎盘膜（图二：B）似乎帮助牙槽窝口愈合，固定骨粉（图三：*）。
