Yes based on your previous email I just have reviewed planning of Xie's case and like you've mentioned, only 9mm standard offset was used. And I assume that one of the reasons we went with regular offset was because when I measured it it showed enough space for the initial point drill. The length of point drill is 5.5mm and when it is done drilling the next drill goes little more inside the hole so I didn't think the length is insufficient. I always double check all your cases before sending out. But if it didn't go in all the way and wasn't engaged, could you advise me why it was like that as you've done the surgery?
