The tooth #25 has apical fracture (Fig.3 *) with severe bone loss involving the neighboring teeth. To prevent periimplantitis, a 2 mm 1-piece implant (green) will be placed subcrestal (Fig.4). IS abutment is long (pink, 10 mm). Sticky bone is a must.
