No Tissue Punch M

The ridge at #29 is narrow (Fig.1).  The overlying keratinized tissue may be narrow.  To avoid losing the latter, an incision will be made (Fig.1 Insert blue lines).  First place guide, use tissue punch to make light mark over the ridge gingiva, study the keratinized band and make an appropriate incision to save it.
