So does the definitive implant (Fig.6,7, 25 Ncm), but it is placed low.  The gingiva looks healthy 13 days postop (2nd placement(without paresthesia)).  A healing cap will be placed for restoration ~ 3 months postop.  CT will be taken if the implant needs to be backed up to determine whether there is enough bone buccolingually.
