RPD Clearance

After placement of a 3.5x11.5 mm implant with ~ 50 Ncm at #19 (Fig.1,2), the narrow mesiodistal space seems difficult for uncover if a healing screw is placed.  A 4x3 mm healing abutment is placed.  To re-seat the existing RPD (Fig.3), the pontic (P) is reduced for clearance (Fig.4).
