Tissue Punch

A 37-year-old woman has lost the tooth #19 for long time with mesial tilt of the tooth #18 (Fig.1 black line).  She does not want to have #17 extracted.  The mesiodistal edentulous space is ~ 4.3 mm (Fig.2).  Use tissue punch to get access.  If the space proves to be narrow, trim the proximal surface of the neighboring teeth.  A 3x10 mm 1-piece implant will be placed (Fig.3).  Prepare broken 1.2 mm drills for the 1st intraop PA.
