Extraction 2 days Before Implant

The 59-year-old man has so severe pain associated with #19 that he returns for extraction 2 days prior to guide arrival (Fig.1,2).拔牙后两天瘘道消失，牙槽窝口关闭（图三）。导板钻洞（4x7.3毫米）后，置入4x11毫米软组织水平植体，好像太短（图四），离神经（红虚线）3.5毫米。使用3.5x8.5毫米钻头后，植入4.5x9毫米骨水平植体，多次倒退，扭力35Ncm；马上安置基台（图五），然后粘性骨粉（图六：*）。
