In fact the initial osteotomy (1.6x9 mm) is blind and deviated (Fig.3). That is, the roots in the mesial and distal sockets decrease vision. Guided surgery is preferred. 为了让植体植入中隔正中，有意保留牙根，但是我的方向感不好（图三）。
