Quick Turnaround for Apprehensive Patient

Two carpules of anesthetic is administered at #30 for the apprehensive patient, as compared to one for most cases.  He is extremely pleased when the guided surgery is finished in a quick and painless manner (Fig.1).  There is no bone loss 4 months postop (Fig.2); impression is taken.
