2.5 mm Implant at 1st Molar

A 45-year-old woman requests an implant at #30 immediately post #3 implant cementation (Fig.1).  She is reluctant to have #32 extraction for ortho.  After trimming #29 distal and #31 mesial surfaces, a 2.5x12 mm implant will be placed using a tissue punch in the kit (Fig.2,3).  Prepare the Regular and Basic Implant Cassettes.
