Re-place #18 FC 4.5x9mm by reusing the existing guide, but first incision and underdrill: after 3.5x7.3 mm drill, use 3.5x8.5 mm one. Remove guide and study the bone surrounding the osteotomy. Place 4x8.5 mm IS dummy implant ~2 mm from the 1st line.
