Guided Implants for FPD

With 34 mg of Lidocaine and 17 mcg of Epinephrine, implants are placed at #12 and 14 without discomfort (45 and 15 Ncm, Fig.1).  Since the bone density at #12 is higher than that at #14, implant is placed at #12 first.  With fixture anchor pin placed at #12, osteotomy and implant placement at #14 is much easier  than those at #12 because of one free hand.  Probably due to limited mouth opening and TMJ dislocation, these two implants are not placed in parallel.
