Five months post #31 implant placement, the 8x6 mm healing abutment is removed; a 4.5x4(4) mm cemented abutment is placed with incomplete seating because of its contact with the crestal bone (Fig.6 arrowheads).  The cemented abutment at #29 remains incompletely seated.
