To reduce bone loss (Fig.4 *) associated with residual cement (Fig.4,5 arrowheads) of the tissue-level implants, a bone-level one (SM) will be used at #20.  Two of 3x14(2) mm 1-piece implants are placed for the 4 lower incisors.  The implants are large and close to each other with less ideal trajectory.
