The rest of the procedure is smooth except that the abutment at #29 is later changed to 4.5x4(4) mm (Fig.2,3).  The latter is easier for immediate splinted provisional.  In fact the abutment at #30 is incompletely seated, possibly blocked by the mesial crest.  It is the best to use profile drill routinely after implant placement and take BW for abutment seating confirmation.
