Use sticky bone (Fig.2 red) to maintain the canine prominence (>).  The patient refuses to close the diastema between #8 and 9.   In fact, there is apical perforation of the deciduous canine (Fig.3-5: *).  Before bone graft, place a small piece of PRF for repair.
